Local Classes
Enrollment
Our enrolment in classes/workshops are on a first-come first-served basis. Full payment must be received in order to secure your spot. Payment is collected via credit card through our secure platform. Please email us for other payment arrangements.
COVID protocol
Our class locations adhere to the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP). All adults must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test prior to attending classes. Mandatory masking is also in effect.
Missed Class/Workshop
At ParentingLittles.com we understand that sometimes something may come up causing you to miss a class/workshop. Please let us know before the session, and you can make up the missed class at a different session or the next time the same class is offered.
No refunds will be given for missed workshops, but we will transfer it as a credit to your account to use when the same workshop is offered again or as credit towards other workshops or classes.
Withdrawal from Classes
If withdrawal notification is received 10 days before the first class, a full refund less $10 administration fee will be given. If withdrawal notification is received less than 10 days before the first class, a full refund less $25 administration fee will be given. If notification of withdrawal is received within 48 hours after the first class, a full refund less $35 class and administration fee will be given. No refunds will be extended beyond 48 hours past the first class of the session.
Late Enrollment
Drop-ins may be available for some classes/programs depending on availability. For classes/programs where no drop-in option is offered, new registrations will be accepted until the 2nd class of a session if space is available. Full payment needs to be received prior to the class to secure the spot. Fees will be prorated accordingly.
Cancellation
ParentingLittles.com reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program. If any class or program is cancelled by us (due to instructor illness, inclement weather or otherwise), we will schedule a make-up session or extend remaining sessions (if any) to ensure you receive the full benefit of the curriculum.
Snack Policy
We understand that sometimes your child may need a small snack during class time. Please ensure all snacks are nut free.
Illness
Adults and children must be free of any symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, fever, rash or conjunctivitis for a full 24 hour period prior to class. For any symptoms unidentified or undiagnosed, please consult with a doctor prior to attending class.

Refund Policy
Online paid content in the form of webinars, ebooks, or digital media are non-refundable. We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our signature online courses subject to the terms as specified on the registration page.
